Section 8(b) in The Bombay State Dental Council (Reconstitution And Reorganization Order, 1961
(b)if the dues are payable in respect of the period beginning on the first day of November, 1956 and ending on the appointed day, by any dentist or other person who is ordinarily resident in the Karnataka area or the Abu area, be recovered by the Government of Mysore or the Government of Rajasthan, as the case may be;
