Section 8(1) in The Karnataka Private Medical Establishments Act, 2007
(1)The Registration Authority of each district may constitute one or more Local Inspection Committee for each district consisting of such persons as it may specify for the purposes specified in sub-sections (1) of section 7 and sub-section (2) of this section.
