- The minimum standard of accommodation shall be as follows namely:-

(a) Dormitory	40 square feet per child
Class room	Sufficient accommodation
Workshop	sufficient work space.
Play ground	Sufficient play ground area should be provided in eachinstitution according to the total number of juveniles in theinstitution.

(b)The dormitories, class-rooms and workshops shall have sufficient cross ventilation and sufficient light.
