RAVI SHANKER JHA, CHIEF JUSTICE ( Oral ) CM-20510-CWP-2022 With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is taken up for hearing today itself.
The application filed by the petitioner seeking pre-ponement of the date of hearing of the writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. CWP-24211-2022 Learned counsel for respondent No.3 - University submits that in response to the letter dated 26.09.2022 received from the petitioner Institution, the respondent No.3 - University, vide its communication dated 20.10.2022, a copy of which has been produced before this Court and is taken on record as Mark X, has informed the petitioner Institution that in case, the petitioner has removed the deficiencies, as pointed out by the authorities, the University would 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 11-01-2023 01:01:16 ::: CM-20510-CWP-2022 in/and CWP-24211-2022 ( O&M ) -2- conduct a fresh inspection to find out as to whether the deficiencies have been removed or not.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner Institution may be permitted to take up all the necessary steps in accordance with the reply/communication dated 20.10.2022.
In view of the aforesaid statements of learned counsel for the parties, nothing further survives for adjudication and the petition has been rendered infructuous.
Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
