(8)I do hereby, certify that the felling of trees for which permission is sought for, shall not change the nature or character of land or the mode of use of the land;OrA copy of the conversion certificate obtained from the Collector under section 4C of the West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955 is attached.;
