Section 345(3) in The Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation Act, 1981
(3)If any building or room referred to in sub-section (1) has been sub-let, the landlord of the lodgers, tenants or other actual inmates of the same shall, for the purposes of this section, be deemed to be owner of the building or room.
