17A. [ Landholder's right to enter on and measure land. [Section 17-A was inserted by section 12 of the Madras Estates Land (Amendment) Act, 1934 (Madras Act VIII of 1934).]
- Every, landholder by himself or his duly authorized agent may at all reasonable times enter upon any land in his estate for any of the purposes of this Act and may also measure any land for any such purpose.]
