Section 5(3)(i) in Telangana Mining Settlements Act, 1956

(i)If any of the electoral bodies mentioned in sub-section (1) does not elect the required number of persons to be members of the Board, the Government shall specify such further period as it may deem fit within which the said electoral body shall elect such members;
