Section 5(1) in Dakshin Bihar Gramin Bank (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2010

(1)The Chairman shall be the Appointing Authority in respect of officer and the General Manager shall be the Appointing Authority in respect of employee:Provided that if there is no incumbent to the post of General Manager, the Chairman shall be the Appointing Authority in respect of employee also.
