As per the hearing held on 9-09-2010 it was found that The appellant has sought for personal information and hence the application is criticized as Black Mailer and calls for proper legal actions and forwards it to CLO & O&M Office who forwarded it to Addl Commissioner (Engg.).

The Appellant has made RTI application which is obnoxious in its language and tenor where he seeks information in his words 'about medical history, sexual disorder, gay relationships, biological mothers and so on' relating to officers. The Commission condemns use of such language and dismisses this appeal.
