46. Regulations to provide connections for supply of water. -
Allconnections of premises, street hydrants including fire hydrants and places of public resort to the mains of the Authority for the supply of water therein and all pipes, taps and other fittings used for such supply shall be made, maintained and regulated in accordance with, and subject to, such regulations as may be made. The Authority may charge such connection and reconnection fees as may be provided by regulations.
