Section 25(1) in The Maharashtra University of Health Sciences Act, 1998
(1)The Senate shall have power to review, from time to time, the policies of the University and to suggest measures for the improvement and development of the University and to consider and pass resolutions of the annual accounts and audit reports of the University.
