The Hon'ble Justice Jayanta Kumar Biswas Date : 6th August 2008 Counsel for the parties point out that since copy of the order was not received by them immediately after it was made, all necessary steps for ensuring completion of the commission work could not be taken by today which is the returnable date of the commission. They say that the returnable date should be extended. Hence I make the following order.
The returnable date of the commission is extended by three weeks from today.
Place the suit on the daily list for further hearing on August 6th, 2008.
