Section 3(1) in Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Councils Act, 1997
(1)There shall be an Autonomous Hill Development Council for each District from such date as the Government may be notification in the Government Gazette, appoint in this behalf:Provided that different dates may be appointed for different districts.
