ORAL ORDER
4 09-02-2023Learned counsel for the petitioners and counsels for the State appeared in all cases.
Counsel for the petitioners Dr. Anjani Pd. Singh submits that there are two more C.W.J.Cs. i.e. C.W.J.C. No.490 of 2023 and C.W.J.C. No. 1386 of 2023 having the same issue relating to the present case. Therefore, the said two CWJCs, which are in the consolidated list of this Court may be directed to be placed together.
No one appears on behalf of the Registrar, Co- operative Society Department, Co-operative Government of Bihar, Patna.
Let the respondent nos. 3 and 4 are directed to file a detail counter affidavit about the status of all the petitioners Patna High Court CWJC No.10407 of 2022(4) dt.09-02-2023 3/3 since their inception in their service to their retirement.
Counsel for the State submits that it requires a detail research.
Therefore, ten weeks' time is hereby granted to file the counter affidavit in these cases.
Since there are series of cases pending, it is due to this reason this Court aspect that the State authority shall treat this order serious and shall brought the policy decision relating to the fate of the petitioners and other similarly situated persons.
