(Per:- Sanjeev Gupta, Judicial Member) Mr. Sudesh Magotra, learned A.A.G. has placed on record a copy of order dated 10.03.2026 passed by Hon'ble High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh in WP (C) No. 506 of 2026, whereby while disposing of the aforesaid Writ Petition, upholding the order dated 03.03.2025 passed by this Tribunal in T.A. No. 6981/2020, it was directed that contempt proceedings, if any, pending before this Tribunal shall stand closed.
