Section 8(1) in Tamil Nadu Groundwater (Development and Management) Act, 2003
(1)The Government shall, for the purpose of enabling the Authority to efficiently perform its functions or to exercise its powers under this Act, appoint such number of technical and other employees as they may consider necessary.
