ORDER
Notices before admission for R1 and R2 have been taken by the learned Senior Government Pleader and for R3 and R4 have been taken by Sri.Santhosh P.Poduval, learned Standing Counsel for the Thrissur Municipal Corporation.
2. Due to paucity of time, we are not in a position to hear and dispose of the main matter. Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice it is ordered that the consideration of the employment exchange sponsored candidates for selection and appointment as CLR workers in the 3rd respondent Cochin Municipal Corporation, after excluding the ten appellants mentioned in Annexure R3(d) will stand deferred for the time being. R3 and R4 will file affidavit as stated in the matter well before the next posting date.
3. Appellants will serve notice on this Writ Appeal to Sri.V.M.Krishnakumar, learned Advocate appearing for the candidates who are said to have been selected by the District Collector, about whom, mention has been made in paragraph no.15 of the impugned judgment in this WP(C).
