Section 23(6)(b) in Jharkhand Excise (Country Liquor Manufacturing, Bottling and Storage) Rules, 2018

(b)If country liquor present in VAT or bottled country liquor is, found sub-standard or unfit for human consumption on chemical analysis or test, it shall be rejected, and destroyed or disposed of in such manner as may be directed by the Excise Commissioner in this regard.
