(2)A licensed vendor shall obtain a certificate on the strength of whisky, brandy, rum, and gin [and other Foreign Liquors] [Inserted vide Orissa Gazette No. 25 dated 5.7.1996.] purchased and keep the said certificate in the shop for inspection by excise officers of and above the rank of Sub-inspector.
