Writ Petition (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to stay the operation and all further proceedings in pursuance to
Ext.P4 assessment order for the assessment period 2016-17, pending
disposal of the writ petition (civil).
This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order dated
30.04.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.O.D.SIVADAS, Advocate for
the petitioner and of M/S. P.G. JAYASHANKAR & KEERTHIVAS GIRI, Advocates
for the respondents, the court passed the following:
