Section 12(f) in The Himachal Pradesh Nautor Land Rules, 1968
(f)If, the grantee or his legal representative successor alienates the land granted in nautor, within 15 years from the date of the patta, or if he alienates, it, at any time for a purpose other than the one for which the land was granted to him. In the event of other kind of alienation the power to the State Government to cancel the grant and to resume the land shall govern the alienee also; and
