Section 9 in The Punjab Prevention of Human Smuggling Act, 2012
9. Appeal against order of the competent authority.
- Any person, aggrieved by an order passed by the competent authority rejecting application for grant of license or to comply with any term or condition of the license or suspending or cancelling or refusing to renew the license or any other order, may prefer an appeal against such order to the Principal Secretary to Government of Punjab, Department of Home Affairs and Justice, within such period, as may be prescribed.
