Section 105(d) in The Tamil Nadu Building and other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006
(d)where the structure of the formwork used in concreting work is designed by a professional engineer, such engineer shall be response for the supervision of construction and stability of such structure.
