Section 15 in The Aircraft Act, 1934

15. Use of patented invention on aircraft not registered in India .-

The provisions of section 42 of the Indian Patents and Designs Act, 1911, shall apply to the use of an invention of any aircraft not registered in [India] in like manner as they apply to the use of an invention in a foreign vessel.
