Section 21W in The Bihar Co-operative Societies Rules, 1959
21W.
The State Government shall appoint an Additional Registrar of Cooperative Societies and such other officers as it may deem necessary to aid and assist the Registrar of Co-operative Societies in the discharge of his duties with regard to the election in co-operative societies.
