Section 15(2)(b) in The Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Act, 1978

(b)if he, in the opinion of the Government, is unsuitable or has become incapable of acting as a director or has been guilty of any misconduct or neglect or has so abused his position as a director as to render his continuance as [such Chairman or director] [Substituted by Madras Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage (Amendment) Act, 1985 (Tamil Nadu Act 16 of 1985).] detrimental to the interests of the Board.
