12. Exemption of Duty.
- Exemption from all types of taxes, duties, levies of State Govt. and local bodies arising out of transfer and implementation thereof under this transfer scheme will be considered separately by the State Govt. as per the requirement.Order :- Ordered that this notification be published in Bihar Gazette Extraordinary issue for information to general public.
