Section 25(4) in Haryana Municipal Corporation Election Rules, 1994
(4)The deposit shall, if it is not forfeited under sub-rule (3), be retuned to the candidate or the person, who has made the deposit in his behalf, as the case may be. In case the person who made the deposit dies, the deposit shall be returned to his legal representatives :Provided that, if a candidate has filed nomination paper at an election in more than one ward, not more than one of the deposits made by him or on his behalf shall be returned and the remainder shall be forfeited to the Government.
