24. Provisions of Criminal Procedure Code, 1898, to apply to trial of cases and conduct of proceedings under the Act unless excluded.
- Except as expressly provided under this Act or the rules made thereunder, the procedure to be followed in the trial of cases and the conduct of proceedings under this Act shall be in accordance with the provisions of the [Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898.] [See now the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974).]
