Section 2(f) in High Court of Gujarat (Conduct, Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 2011
(f)"Members of the establishment and Member of the Staff" means a person appointed in accordance with "The High Court of Gujarat Officers and the Members of Staff (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2011" or any other similar rules for the time being in force.
