(i)the Inspector-General of Civil Hospitals, Bihar, ex-officio who shall be the President of the Council;

(ii)the Director of Public Health, Bihar, ex-officio;

(iii)the Superintendent of the Patna Medical College Hospital, ex-officio;

(iv)the Professor of Midwifery, Prince of Wales Medical College, Patna ex-officio;

(v)the Matron of the Patna Medical College Hospital, ex-officio;

(vi)the Matron of the Darbhanga Medical College Hospital, ex-officio.
