1. The learned Senior Advocate for the tenant submits that it was discovered that the landlady and her husband owned 5 more properties, which were not disclosed in the petition; this information has come about pursuant to the eviction petition filed by her before the learned Trial Court.
2. At request of the learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner, who seeks some more time to obtain instructions, renotify on 26.07.2021.
