7. Rights and obligations of third parties restricted.
- Upon the transfer being effected in accordance with the Act and this Scheme, the rights and obligations of all persons shall be restricted to the Transferee to whom they are assigned to and notwithstanding anything contained in any deed, documents, instruments, agreements or arrangements which such person has with the Board, the person shall not claim any right or interest against the State Government or the Board or any other Transferee, except the transferee to whom it is assigned.
