15. Application for appearing for examination.
- Every candidate for an examination under these Regulations shall tender an application in Form "A" (for Supervisors) or "B" (for Wiremen), as the case may be, and shall sign the same in the presence of his employer, a Magistrate or Government officer of Gazetted rank. The candidate shall forward the application duly filled in to the Secretary before the last date notified for this purpose together with the enclosures as required in the application form.
