No reply from the PIO Order Shri Ashish Gaur Chief Administrative Officer for CPIO was present. The appellant Dr. Sanyog had sent an email stating that the issue had been resolved and he had received the required information. The respondent also submitted that this matter had been resolved and the appellant had received the required information. Nothing remains in this case.The case is treated as closed.
