Section 117(1) in The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2010
(1)On receipt of the winding up order, liquidator shall make out a report for direction with regard to the performance by the liquidator of all or any of the duties under rule 41 or any other matter requiring directions of the Tribunal.
