27. Returns in respect of dividing insurance business
.-Every insurer, so long as he has policies on the dividing principal remaining in force, shall submit all returns required under the Act or these rules in respect of such business separately from the corresponding returns in respect of other insurance business, and along with the revenue account shall also furnish in respect of such business returns in Forms XII, XIII and XIV, respectively. Four copies shall be submitted of each of these three last mentioned returns, of which one of each shall be signed in the manner described in sub-section (2) of section 5 of the Act.
