1. This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction for decision on the representation made by the petitioner.
2. Grievance made by the petitioner pertains to high tension electricity line going above a shop named Aditya Vision Pratisthan.
3. Apparently, the said shop keeper has not raised any objection qua the said aspect. It also cannot be in the knowledge of the petitioner whether the shop was constructed prior to laying down the line or the line was laid down after the shop was already constructed.
4. In view thereof, the petition filed, purportedly in public interest, cannot be countenanced, the same is, therefore, dismissed.
