(xva)[ "Registering Authority" means the Secretary of Market Committee when all the farmers are from notified area of such committee or officer authorized by Director of Marketing when farmers are from notified areas of more than one market committee for the purpose of registering Contract Farming Sponsors and Contract Farming Agreement;] [Inserted by Act No. 14 of 2015, dated 8.10.2015.]
