417. Application to Civil Court in certain cases of payment of expenses or compensation.
- Save as otherwise provided in this Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder or in any other law for the time being in force in the case of any dispute in respect of any expenses or any compensation payable to any person by any municipal authority or any officer or other employee of the Municipality or any other person under this Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder, the amount of such expenses or such compensation shall be determined by the Civil Court having jurisdiction at any time within one year from the date of such expenses or such compensation first becoming due.
