Section 1 in Andhra Pradesh Reservation of seats in the Educational Institutions and of appointments or posts in the Public Services under the State to Muslim Community Act, 2005
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Reservation of seats in the Educational Institutions and of appointments or posts in the Public Services under the State to Muslim Community Act, 2005.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 20th June, 2005.
