(3)The annual report shall also contain particulars about the functioning of co-operative department in general and in particular:(a)total category or class wise staff and officers as at the end of the previous financial year;(b)deployment of officers of cooperation department on deputation to other co-operatives along with reasons and duration of such deputation;
