Section 19(1) in Tamil Nadu Lease-holds (Abolition and Conversion Into Ryotwari) Rules, 1965
(1)No costs, by way of process fee, pleader's fee and witness batta shall be allowed in proceedings before a Tribunal and Special Appellate Tribunal in cases where the claim is uncontested or is decreed on a admission or compromised.
