50. Power to remove difficulties.
(1)If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by notification, make such provisions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act as appear them to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty :Provided that no such notification shall be issued under this section after the expiry of two years from the date of commencement of this Act.(2)Every notification issued under this section shall be laid before each House of the State Legislature, and the provisions of sub-section (2) of section 46, shall apply in respect of a rule made under this Act.
