Section 18(1) in Compensation Scheme for Women Victims/Survivors of Sexual Assault/other Crimes, 2019
(1)In case this Chapter is silent on any issue pertaining to Victim Compensation to Women, the provision of Victim Compensation Scheme of the State would be applicable.
