Section 81 in Punjab Self-Supporting Co-operative Societies Act, 2006
81. Protection for action taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person in respect of anything, which is in good faith done or intended to be done by him under this Act, rules or bye-laws made thereunder.
