Section 29 in The Jammu and Kashmir Money Lenders and Accredited Loan Providers Act, 2010
29. Power to exempt.
- The Government may, after consultation with the Reserve Bank, by notification in the Government Gazette, exempt such money lenders or accredited loan providers, from all or any of the provisions of this Act, subject to such conditions as it may deem fit and for such period as may be specified.
