By way of this application, a prayer has been made for early hearing of the appeal inter-alia on the ground that the appeal pertains to the year 2010 and further the Civil Suit was filed as far back as in the year 2005.
In view of the averments made in the application, the same is allowed and disposed of and the main case is ordered to be listed for final hearing in the month of September, 2022.
