Section 108(1) in Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Orissa Legislative Assembly
(1)When an amendment to any resolution is moved, or when two or more such amendments are moved the Speaker shall, before putting the question state or read to the Assembly the terms of the original motion and of the amendment or amendments proposed.
